Antitrust Exemptions And Technology Innovation

The innovation and competition of science and technology has become an important part of the development of the world economy.Science and technology innovation has become a country’s level of science and technology of core competitive power. Because of innovation of science and technology in China started relatively late,and the technology innovation in the field of world pattern. China has formulated the "building an innovation oriented country" technology development goal. How to encourage technological innovation in the legal system and standard the monopoly in the name of the science and technology innovation,in order to enhance China’s scientific and technological innovation strength is an important problem that we need to study. This paper is based on the analysis of the rationality of anti-monopoly exemption system to encourage innovation. To analyze and contrast the development and current situation of domestic and foreign scientific and technological innovation of anti-monopoly exemption system. In a new angle to put forward some suggestions to improve our scientific and technological innovation of anti-monopoly exemption system.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction. The emphasis is put on the research background, the significance of topics and research methods and innovative points.In the second part,the antitrust exemption system is based on the analysis of the value and combined with the way to encourage innovation about anti-monopoly suitable exception system to discusses the rationality. In the third part,analysis on specific case about anti-monopoly except system in our country and abroad in order to study the reason of the monopoly in the name of the science and technology innovation. The last part,analysis and contrast the development and current situation of domestic and foreign scientific and technological innovation of anti-monopoly exemption system to put forward some suggestions to improve our scientific and technological innovation of anti-monopoly exemption system.
