In the time of knowledge-based economy,intellectual property is getting more attention and has become an important way to compete in the market.Competitors take advantage of intellectual property's exclusive to occupy the market and make bad influence. How to regulation the abuse of intellectual property has becoming the real need in morden economic society.This thesis will analyze the latest features of intellectual monopoly according to the development of the knoledge economy to better regulate the exercise of power.Discussion around intellectual monopoly and intellecyual property's exclusive,analysising of the relationship between intellectual monopoly,monopolisitic practices involving property rights and intellectual property antitrust.
