The Analysis Of Internet Rumors Evolution Mechanisms And The Research On Solutions

Since ancient times, there are rumors, in the Internet age rumors evolved into the Internet rumors. Internet rumors have their own unique characteristics. Behind China’s social transformation and upgrading acceleration, various contradictions and conflicts emerging endless emergencies, which attracted the attention of scholars.This paper studies the evolution path and t reasons of the Internet rumors of emergency management. And we attempt to explore the impact of the Internet rumors of emergency management. Also, this paper will give the answer of how can government utilize their advantages in resources to implement the concept of "government-led, citizen participation" to control the Internet rumors. The paper is organized as follows:The first part focuses on the background and significance of the network rumors study of emergency, a systematic review of the results of relevant research literature in the field of research and research methods be described.The second part describes the definition of rumor and network rumors, and compares the difference between rumor and network rumors; emergencies concepts and characteristics are summarized; introduction of the "Butterfly Effect","spiral of silence" agenda setting theory are described to explore the mechanism of the evolution and impact of the Internet rumors in the next part.In the third part we use a large number of cases to explore the evolution mechanism of network rumors, as well as the reasons of the evolution of the Internet rumors.In the fourth part we study the influence of the network rumors.In this part, we give some advice for the government to build a system which can predict and control the Internet rumors.At last we summary the contexts discussed before and propose the prospects for its future development.
