Research On The Problem And Countermeasures Of University Volunteer Service Activities

In recent years，China’s volunteer service development，especially as the collegestudents volunteer team of young volunteers main growing stronger， in many aspectsof social life， it has become the government， market， a new strength and powerfulsupplement， playing a series of unique and important function in the political，economic， social， cultural and other fields. This article through research and casestudy methods， community outreach， University City， summarizing relevantresearch results and concluded that the research reference and inspiration. Through theanalysis of the current status quo of college students ’ volunteer activities， pointing outthat in volunteer management in colleges and universities: the problems and why it isdifficult to make system innovation. The article conclude three items to improve thesystem: improving the training and assessment system， improving the volunteeractivities’quality， improving the volunteer team’s construction.
