The Study Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Young Volunteers Participating In Social Public Service In Wushen Banner

In China,as the primary group in providing voluntary service,the young volunteer play an vital role for the emergence of volunteerism.Presently,our country is being in the social transition period for the rapid development of socialist marketing economy.The government functions and social construction move forward by leaps and bounds compared to the past of those.The social public service has made innovative progress.Supported by the policy of Development of Western Regions,Wushen Banner,in recent years,has made big advances to develop its economy as well as youth volunteer service.But they also bring about a series of issues that reflect the gap between the developed cities or areas and Wushen Banner itself for young volunteers’ development,and what is more,restrict the sound improvement to voluntary service in Wushen Banner.This thesis,from the viewpoint of social public service,applies two methods including bibliographic search and questionnaire to study.It has analyzed the personal conditions and voluntary capabilities of young volunteers through giving out questionnaire for enterprises,institutions and social groups in Wushen Banner,from which discover how youth volunteers participate the society public service in the Banner,what problems they have such as lack of management and acknowledgement,insufficient socialization and incomplete security mechanism.In allusion to why these problems happen,the paper has provided the measures and suggestions:perfect laws and regulations,expand financial support,cover it into social security mechanism and transform its management,upgrade the concept for better participation and strengthen volunteer’s building.Meanwhile,by searching for references as well as analyzing the fine practice and development mode in developed areas and cities at home and countries at abroad,help the youth volunteers of Wushen Banner learn how to take part in the social public service so that improve social public service in a scientific,full-scale and effective way.
