The comprehensive quality (personal refinement) is closely relat ed to state survival and prosperity, social stability, economic develo pment and technological advancement. National people’s fire safety quality is an important component of such comprehensive quality si nce it is closely related to social harmony and stability, as well as people’s satisfaction with their life and work. Our country is one of the countries advocating fire safety earliest. In the fight with the f ire disasters, our ancestors have accumulated rich experience, profou nd and deep fire-proofing cultural deposits. As the history wheel tu rns and moves on, fire disasters have been the most and destructive accidents. Fire protection legal system, technologies, professional te ams and infrastructure construction are all indispensable approaches for fire control. However, the enhancement of national people’s fire safety knowledge and quality is more fundamental and decisive for improving the public fire safety level. Therefore, directed by scient ific theories, to perform in-depth investigation on the internal relatio n between national people’s fire safety information communication a nd fire control and economic social development is of great signific ance. The advancement of time and social development definitely re quires us to build and improve an appropriate fire safety informatio n communication mode.First of all, proceeding from the economic and social developm ent in our country, this paper first of all elaborated the serious situ ation faced by fire control work in our country, to come up with the main reasons for frequent fire disaster, including poor national f ire safety quality, few channel in accepting fire safety information a nd so on. At the same time, based on the particularity of fire safet y information communication applying fundamental communication to define some core concepts of it’s connotation,category and the main types of communication and so on.Next, this article explores the elements, process and effect of f ire safety information communication. Initially,The four main eleme nts for fire safety information communication was discussed compre hensively.In the second place,the regular and irregular communicatio n progress in spreading fire information was concluded.Lastly, the c ommunication effect is sub-divided into expected effect and actual e ffect.In addition, this paper analyzed the existent problems and deep reasons of fire safety information in organizational, interpersonal a nd massive communication.Finally,according to the several problems existing in fire safety information communication, corresponding analysis were performed with proposal of some solutions in this article: Firstly, the subject of communication should be convinced of responsibilities in organiz ational communication,improve the awareness of audiences and bett er the way of communication. what is more,the career education le vel should be strengthened in interpersonal communication,to build opinion leader and to reinforce the communication effect.
