From a practical point of view, this study will strengthen the leadership cadres’career outlook, guide and lead cadres to establish a correct view of the cause, and then to build a troop who are loyal to the socialist and win the people’s trust, to promote the construction of ruling ability of the Party’s governing capacity with a larger role.Obedience to the principle of linking theory with practice, guided by the Marxism theory, with the abundant content of leading cadres’career outlook education, using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this method reveals the purpose of leading cadres of career, career attitudes and career value cognition, so as to the survey analysis of current business outlook’s status of leading cadres, and on this basis, we do a more systematic inquiry on the strengthening of the basic principles and methods of education of leading cadres’ career outlook.The empirical results show two conclusions. Firstly, about the cognition business purposes of leading cadres,95%of leading cadres have clear and unambiguous manner of their business purpose and their work object, but there are a small part of leading cadres who are not easy to grasp the purpose of their career and often who choose the wrong position. Secondly, about the career awareness attitude of the leading cadres, the majority of leading cadres can uphold the right attitude towards the cause, so they love the people, benefit for the people and pursue the right for the people, but there are nearly twenty percent of leading cadres who have serious cognitive bias on this issue. Thirdly, about the value of cognition of leading cadres’career outlook, eighty percent of the leading cadres can adhere to the people and insist in people as the main interest in their career, and they ultimate their career value reflected in the concept of governing for the people, but there are still a small part of the leading cadres who are lack of a correct perception of the cause.To effectively enhance the effectiveness and relevance of education on leading cadres’career outlook, we need to rich the content of career education, adhere to the principle of directional, permeability, diversity, and then to innovate the education method of leading cadres’career outlook.
