In the new period, starting the study of exit&entry administration between Fujian and Taiwan is a great and far-reaching significance which not only benefit contribution of WSSWZ, the communication and cooperation of cross-strait into a wider scope, a larger scale and a higher level, but also benefit the peacefully unite Mainland and Taiwan. This Paper firstly tries to introduce a question, then definite the conception; secondly review the communication of Mainland and Taiwan in the past60years and the development of Taiwanese in Fujian and historical evolution of Chinese policy of exit&entry administration to Taiwan from1991when<administration of Chinese exit&entry Taiwan>; at last analyses the situation, advantages, current situation and the problems&insufficiency, research the innouative measure and prospect to strengthen and improve the administration of exit&entry between Fujian and Taiwan by the reformational thinking and innovative ideas.
