Since the21st century, with the expansion of the migrant workers, also will increase the number of children follow their parents to find jobs in cities, the familial tendency of migrant workers have become more and more obvious. Migrant children as a special group of people in a large, not only have bearing the important duty of modernization construction, or the body of the modernization construction in our country human resources at the same time, how much they enjoy education resources and good or bad, directly affects the quality of the army talents construction in our country. Therefore, migrant children education problem has become a key link in the process of Chinese modernization, cannot be ignored. And the current education of migrant children enjoy resources relative lack of their peers in the city, the whole education in a marginalized position in the city.This paper from the ecological perspective, the migrant children grow to survive in the social environment, such as family, school, community, etc. As a social ecological system, the emphasis on the ecological environment for the analysis and understanding of the importance of the activities of children of migrant workers, on this basis, this paper respectively explain migrant children personal, family, school systems and policies and the basic characteristics of the cultural system and the status of the interaction. Secondly, the author through to the migrant children education problem of carding the related theory of literature, literature method, questionnaire survey and depth interview method to the problem of migrant children’s education has carried on the deep discussion,as well as the system and policy system and their education problem of the relationship between further illustrates the education the formation mechanism of marginalization.Due to urban and rural household registration system for source derived various education system and the policy limit, the children of migrant workers in cities can’t enjoy equal education resources, and public schools and school education system and family education system in the macroscopic system under the influence of the policy system also presents a state of marginalization. Finally, this paper puts forward through the intervention of social work and social work service can ease the marginalisation of migrant children education problem, and put forward policy Suggestions, the author expect the migrant children education marginalization problem can be solved as soon as possible.
