| The musical education laws are immediate steps between musical education ideas and practices, which not only reflects the trends of musical education ideas, but also gives the direction of musical education practices. The musical education laws in republican period are studied in this thesis, which aims to fully demonstrate the development of musical laws in the school and society by employing the methods of historical literature, analytic comparison and graphic analysis. The thesis includes the introduction, main text and conclusion. The introduction elaborates on thesis background, research object and scope, the overview and importance of the research. In Chapter1of the main text, an overview of musical education legislation in republican period is presented, and the subjective and objective factors affecting the musical education legislation are discussed. The second chapter is the systematical study on musical education laws in school. In this chapter we have made a deep analysis on the aim of school musical legislation, the format of rules, credit hours, change of the course content and the regulations on the music teachers, education instruments and courses. The actual effects of school musical education laws are also discussed. The third chapter is the systematical analysis of social musical education laws during republic period, which is mainly focused on its’evolution, legislation aim and overall characteristics. The last part is the summary and generalization, and highlights the key points of the thesis. |
