| Network technology developed very fast. Not only changed the way of life in human society, but also had a profound impact to develop social democracy at the same time. The same as other advanced technologies in history, network technique is just like a two-edged sword, network technology has two aspects to affect to the political development. Both a positive role to promote and facilitate, also a negative role it is hinder or even undermine. At present, our Chinese society is experiencing a rapid transition process, how to make good use of this new technology, it play an active role in promoting the process of political development; how to take effective measures to deal with the negative network effects, these are unavoidable current topic.This paper is divided into four important parts. The first part briefly introduces the network technology influence over politics and the new feature of internet politics. The second part discusses the network technology appearance of positive and negative values in politics. The third part analyzes the objective and subjective reasons for the negative value. And the fourth part point out further several feasible way to cope with the network negative value in politic from the technical, executive, legislative and ethical aspect. |
