A huge amount of information network system to create a new era of information. However, the network technology to bring convenience and fast, but also to people’s daily life is a lot of confusion. One important issue is safety of citizens online privacy has been destroyed, seriously affected the normal order of life of citizens. This phenomenon shows that:We have to network technology into the legal track. Ever since, how to network method to stop the violations of civil network privacy violations, the effective protection of citizens’ online privacy has become the focus of attention of law. This paper selects "Private Citizens Network Privacy Protection System," a title designed from the perspective of private law to explore the information age network privacy protecting citizens effective ways and methods.In this paper, text research methods, comparative research methods, case analysis, sociology of law and law and economics approach, etc., with the five chapters devoted to civil network privacy private protection system were studied.
