This article starts with the background introduction of business protection in China, and then introduces the related theories about business secret protection, giving the concept of business secret, and the coverage and classification of business secret. Meanwhile, the protection measures are included, like confidential system, confidential contract and non-competition contract. Then, this article also analyzes the current situation of business secret protection in China.Further more, this article takes ST company and FD company as example, and introduces the case briefly. Then gives countermeasures for problems of business secret protection, which includes strengthening protection, building up confidential law system, developing effective confidential training, setting up favorable company culture to help staff earn working ethic, and building up staff motivation and job satisfaction tracking system.
