Construction Of Kunming, China Zhi Gong Party Grassroots Organizations Under The View Of Deliberative Democracy

As a social organization and entity with well-designed system and coordination, organization becomes an indispensable part of social members participate social lives and plays an increasing role with its characteristics of purpose, structure, resources and openness, so does the grassroots organizations of the party of Zhigong. In the process of exerting the important effects and strengthening the construction of the grassroots organizations of the party of Zhigong. Deliberative Democracy, whose theory emphasizes Equal consultation, Rational discussion, because its features of rational and moderate, is favored by all the democratic parties, also includes the party of Zhigong. And becomes the important part of Multi-party cooperation and Political consultation in our country. In this context, how to absorb the beneficial achievement of Deliberative Democracy theory to improve the grassroots organizations construction of the party of Zhigong becomes an important proposition.Combining with the theories of organization and other public management expertise. Firstly, the article summarized and reviewed the theoretical knowledge and research findings via literature search method, clarified the basic problem of article writings. Meanwhile, the article absorbed relevant achievement from foreign countries to provide grounds from comparison point for this article. On this basis, through historical analysis and investigation of the grassroots organizations construction of the party of Zhigong in Kunming. The article tried to explore the current situation of organization building under the background of Deliberative Democracy, cleared its positive significance, meanwhile, tried to combine the basic content of the theory of Deliberative Democracy, found out the problems in the process of grassroots organizations construction of the party of Zhigong. So that this can provide empirical and historical evidence for the article.Through the empirical investigation of the grassroots organizations of the party of Zhigong in Kunming, we found that despite the progresses of organizational system, organizational type, the number of members of the grassroots organizations and their values, there still exist many deficiencies such as the consciousness of Deliberative democracy, the deliberative democracy practice, the structure of members of the party as well as the mechanism of the grassroots originations. So there are still many work should be done to future optimize the grassroots organization’s structure of the party of Zhi gong in Kunming. Therefore, in this paper, in order to adapt to the requirement of Deliberative Democracy, the party of Zhigong in Kunming should focus on strengthening awareness of Deliberative Democracy, carrying out the deliberative democracy practice actively and optimizing the structure of members and its mechanism. Contribute its own strength to the Deliberative Democracy with Chinese characteristics.
