A Study On The System Of Organization Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening Up

Party building is a timeless issue, from the day of the founding of the Communist Party of China, it has not been interrupted.Different historical periods have different requirements for the building of the party their own, but they are all embodying the vanguard of the working class of the Communist Party of China and the aim of serving the people. The paper intercepted the historical period since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, from the beginning of the building of the party’s organizational system, to study the process of the evolution of the party’s organizational system.With the end of the "Cultural Revolution", the second generation of central collective leadership with Deng Xiaoping as the core opened up a new era, China started reform and opening up. With the shift of the working focus of the party, the party’s tasks also changed, which require the party in all respects, and particularly in its own building in the system of organization to change with time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of China’s socialist modernization.The building of the party’s organizational system has experienced the period of collective leadership by Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, who were the cores of CPC Central Committee. Each stage has the new problems, and that put forward new demands to the construction of the party’s organizational system. From the re-establishing of the party’s organizational system, the abolition of life-long tenure of leading cadres, the "four modernizations" of the cadres, to the development of the anti-corruption campaign within the party,which under the guidance of the "Three Represents" important thoughts, the developing of system of the selection and appointment, supervision of the party’s leading cadres,to the development of the inner-party democracy which under the guidance of the scientific concept,the perfection of inner-party supervision, the building of the party’s organizational system has undergone a series of development. The development of both inherited the former and innovated itself, and will develop with the times and higher requirements.
