Research On The Highway Administration System Of China

The highway administration system is the extension of the administration system, whichis an important part of the national administration system. The objectives of theadministration system are to protect the estate of the highway and maintain the property rightof way. It is helpful for us to carry out the research on highway administrative system inChina.Thus we can learn from the achievements of the system abroad. It will also enhance ourability to analyze the concerning problems in this area. By learning from the highway systemsabroad, especially the merits in it, some deficiencies in our system could be mended. Ascientific administration system of highway is the safeguard of a smooth highwayadministration. It’s also the only way that can better play to the highway of social serviceefficiency, and to provide theoretical support for highway management activities. Thereforeeventually the system as a whole can promote a healthy and sustainable highwaydevelopment.This article encompasses relevant studies on the administration system of highway inChina and abroad. A plethora of theories ranging from administrative, system science,administrative law and project management are applied in this thesis. Be based on the relevantlaws, regulations and policy documents, through to verify related text file, refer to the relevantpapers and reports, by using a comparative method, the traits of administration systems in theUS, the UK, France and Japan come into light. The pattern and trajectory of administration ofhighway are summarized. Research findings in this area are considered. By analyzing someproblems existing in our own system, some methods like literature comparison, comparativeanalysis are employed. And analysis on the system development, theoretic basis and thetechnical administration, to obtain some research results and conclusions. In order to explorethe development goals and the build way of the highway administration system in China,finally a proposal on the improvement of this area is suggested.
