| Guizhou Province is located in southwest of China,it is belonging to theupstream region of the Yangtze River and the Pearl River,which is the center area ofthe southwest ecologically fragile karst area, Natural disasters happen here veryfrequently. With the rapid socio-economic development in Guizhou province,Personal and property damage caused by natural disasters is growing faster. It isincreasingly recognized that in order to prevent and control natural disasters moreeffectively，we must take legal measures by three-pronged approach which islegislation, law enforcement, administration of justice. While Guizhou Province hasestablished a natural disaster prevention related legal and institution, which have somehelp for natural disaster prevention, but this is not perfect enough when comparedwith others Natural Disaster Prevention Legal System in other areas of our country orabroad regional. As a result, In-depth and comprehensive study in this aspect is verynecessary. |
