Crime is a common social phenomenon.Fighting crime and crime prevention hasbeen the policy,what our country always sticks to.But when refering to the problemthat how the criminal return to the society,our country only has little tentativeexploration,and also has little achievement.In this paper,firstly,wo have to getknowledge of the nature of criminal resocialization.Secondly,wo access to learn moreabout the development of criminal resocialization.Thirdly, there are somestudies,which done by foreign scholars,wo also should pay attention to.Finaly,basedon our current situation,wo should give some valuable advices to improving thecondition of home criminal resocialization,after learning more foreign countries`spolicies about criminal resocialization.All of above,wo can get the goal to perfect thesystem of home criminal resocialization.
