The justice is an eternal topic in the history of political philosophy. The justice plays an important role in establishing a correct conception on the world view, life, value, politics and morals. Although some society ignores the rights of certain group, people always continue to stand up of justice. Modern thinkers are also actively exploring the essence of justice. The dissertative study in the justice theory of Thomas Pogge.The dissertation has divided into four parts, as follows:the first part reviews the background of the formation of the global justice theory, and explains the righteousness of globalization and the concept of justice. Furthermore, the dissertation gives an introduction of the two major ideological origins of the Borg global theory of justice:the idea of Kant’s Perpetual Peace, the justice principles and the law of nations of Rawls. It is necessary to find out the reason of the Borg global justice theory. The second part gives a detailed analysis of the specific content of the Borg global justice theory. Firstly, we summarize global justice theory on the whole. Secondly, we provide the five aspects for the Borg global justice, as follows:moral universalism and priority of the global justice, violations of the developing countries’human rights by international law, relational concept of justice, conceiving system of global resource dividend (GRD), analysis of cosmopolitanism theory. The second part is the evaluation for the global justice theory from the contributions and limitations. We profoundly analyze the positive significance and deficiencies of the global justice theory. The fourth part analyzes the real influence of global justice theory from the Marxist view and reality. Firstly, we introspect the global justice based on the basic view of the Marxism theory, then we point out the four suggestions for China responding to the global justice from the perspective of reality, as follows: to participate actively in the formulation of international rules, to strengthen international cooperation, to fulfill oneself international obligations and to bear eliminate responsibility of eliminating global poverty. Finally, the dissertation designs tentatively the role of the Chinese politics of Wangdao in a new international order.
