| With the market economy developing and booming, the virtual property disputes showed an increasing trend. Currently, virtual property of network disputes spurt of development, how to solve ownership and effective transfer of this new property become one of the highlights of the study of law experts. The virtual property of network is different from traditional rights of property in the definition, characteristics and nature, this resulted various disputes in the real activities of economic. In this paper, pass over characteristics analysis of the virtual property to find the difference between virtual property and traditional property, and then consider the compatibility of system of the civil law. In addition, through research the practices and conditions of the virtual property, to find out rights and obligations of the associated body whether compliance with the principle of equality, voluntariness. Propose appropriate measures to improve the network virtual property in China’s market economy system of norms in terms of substantive law and procedural law. |
