Civil Service Practice Research

The civil service is an important link to ensure the smooth process of the civilaction, and the service efficiency to a certain extent determines the judicial efficiency.With China’s rapid economic development and the increasingly frequent populationmovement, coupled with China’s joining WTO which arouses the increase ofinternational economic exchanges, there becomes a substantial increase in civil cases.However, the relevant legislation for the civil service has failed to keep pace, and thecivil service process has not been given due attention due to the “valuing entitydespising process” concept, which leads to some problems in judicial practice andexposes the abuses of China’s civil service system. Through research on the civil servicepractice, this paper analyses the basic situations and characteristics of civil service inpractice, points out the problems encountered in China, then gives suggestions toperfect our country’s civil service system.
