Chi Zijian In The "home" Thematic Studies

In Chi Zijian’s novels, there is a unique significance of the image——habitation. On the one hand, it provides a specific activity space of the events in the novel, on the other hand, its own aesthetic value, spiritual connotation and the symbolic significance was also digged out by Chi Zijian. Habitation in chi zijian’s works, therefore, not just as a background which is introduced briefly, but as an independent object of description, and together with the characters and events constitute the subject of the story. This paper attempts to explore the aesthetic features of the novel, narrative strategy and the value of the writer’s caring in Chi Zijian’s novels by analysis and interpretation the image of habitation in Chi Zijian’s novelsThe first part, the paper will straighten out the resisence description in Chi Zijian’s novels and analyse the painterly aesthetic character of the novel. Simple strokes-other, claborate-style painting-Russian architecture, xieyi painting-rural dwellings, religion and landscape painting-death-immortal, such as column concluded that in the relation between architecture and painting home writing, chi zijian’s novel has formed "the poem painting, painting in the poem" the aesthetic characteristics.The second part, from the "poetic habitation" and "frustrated habitation" two aspects to seek chi zijian humanistic care for human survival. The writer put residence in rural and urban, history and modern narration and everything happened under different contexts, show the traditional residence and harmonious coexistence of nature, also reveals the modern residence and people value deviate from the state of society, so as to put forward the human spirit of seeking "settled".The third part, discusses the relationship between home writing and Chi Zijian’s writing narrative strategy, combined with many of her text respectively illustrates the harmony habitation and narrative, from narrative relationship between home and wandering narrative, pointed out that the nature of the residence has affected the chi zijian to home feeling, this feeling is "homogeneous" in novel writing, make the novel presents different narrative strategy; Typing significance for analysis of the two kinds of narrative strategies, discusses the chi zijian promotes integrity and consistency of the artistic world.
