Self enhancement is the individual pursuit of driving, in order to catch a positive self image. All of the individuals have the motivation of self enhancement. They pursue his own affirmation on self-evaluation,and eager to positive self-evaluation.At home and abroad,a lot of self enhancement research mainly focus on the relationship between self enhancement and individual friendships, self-esteem, social adaptation and so on.As a large number of migrant workers into cities, a special group of left-behind children team gradually become bigger and bigger. And a lot of problems of left-behind children start coming out. These problems include psychological problems, interpersonal adaptation, social adaptation and so on. This paper mainly studies the relationship between self improvement and social adaptation of left-behind children. And this paper explores the relationship between the left-behind children’s self enhancement and social adaptation’s aspects.This paper uses the questionnaire survey and test204children,aged4to6. These children are from three kindergartens of Handan Darning. Results are as follows:1, the left-behind children’s self enhancement aged4-6years old The performance of left-behind children cognitive accuracy and claiming have significant grade differences, honest young children’s cognitive accuracy is lower than the large infants, honest young children’s claiming towards higher than large children too much.(1) the normal children and left-behind children in cognitive accuracy and excessive claiming have no significant differences.(2) The left-behind children’s ability attribution has significant grade differences, honest young children’s ability attribution score is higher than the young children’s scoring average.(3) Different companions types left-behind children have significant differences in the field of ability attribution.2,4-6years old left-behind children’s social adaptation(1) the performance of different grade, the different types of children social impact and social preferences do not exist significant differences. Left-behind children’s social preferences has significant difference of gender. Boy’s social preferences is below the girl’s, in other word,compared with boys, girls like by his partners is far higher than boys.(2) The loneliness of different companion’s left-behind children exist significant differences.(3) All of the dimension of social adaptation of left-behind children have significant grade differences, each dimension of social adaptation has not significant interaction between grade and gender.(4) Different types of peer of left-behind children’s socialization and sports have significant differences.(5) left-behind children’s peer interaction ability has significant grade differences.3、The relationship between the aged4to6left-behind children’s self enhancement and social adaptation(1)The relationship between the left-behind children’s social adaptation and over-claiming have significant positive correlation, namely the stronger of the social adaptation ability, the children’s cognitive accuracy is higher; Children showed significant negative correlation with over claiming, the stronger of the children’s social adaptive capacity, the weaker of the over-claiming.(2)The relationship between the left-behind children’s self-serving attribution and social influence, social preference, loneliness, social adaptation, have no significant correlation.
