Emotional resilience is extracted from psychological resilience. It is defined as the ability to generate positive emotions and recover from negative emotional experience quickly. As a mental characteristic of individual, it reacted the ability to conduct negative emotion. It includes positive emotions ability and the ability to recover from negative emotions. There are few studies about it, especially about college student. The college student is faced with many development tasks, such as, school work, career, affection, interpersonal relation and so on. So improve the ability to conduct negative emotion is important. We have to study the emotional resilience for them. Moreover there are few empirical researches at home, for example, the relationship between emotional resilience and cognition, emotional resilience and autonomic nervous reaction. This study randomly selected university student as subjects, on the basis of the theory about emotional resilience and mechanism of emotional reactions, we study the attentional bias and autonomic nervous reaction about college students’ emotional resilience. Keeping to the point, we take three studies as follows:First of all, based on the adaptability test, demonstrated the’adolescent emotional resilience questionnaire’ is suitable for college student, and the emotional resilience is stable relatively. At second, the study about the relationship between emotional resilience and attentional bias, based on the dot-probe paradigm, study the differences about attentional bias who have different level of emotional resilience when they look at the emotional pictures. At last, the relationship between emotional resilience and autonomic nervous reactions, based on the laboratory method, applied Biopac16.0, we studied the differences about autonomic nervous reaction who have different level of emotional resilience when they experience the negative emotion.Conclusion:1The’adolescent emotional resilience questionnaire’ is suitable for college student.2The subjects who get a higher score from’adolescent emotional resilience questionnaire’(for short:high group), and a low score(for short:low group). The high group have an attentional bias tendency to the negative pictures, however the low score have no attentional bias tendency to the positive and negative pictures.3When experiencing sadness and anger, the low group have a high autonomic nervous reaction and the time of duration is longer than the high group.
