The pursuit of order is the basic need and the value orientation for human to strive for safety, instead of an arbitrary or non-natural attempt. Human survival and development can only be realized in an ordering society. Therefore, a reasonable social pattern must be able to create a stable and harmonious social environment, of which the political order, the economic order and the cultural order are indispensable for the formation of a well-ordered society. However, order is not human-independent; instead. it serves for human life by means of human which is a micro-system relative to the society. The legal basis and fundamental values are the human harmony. The so-called human harmony refers to the stability of the individual psychological structure and is displayed by the individual value experience patterns and spiritual temperament. The value order and mental state may demonstrate whether the mind, the carrier of politics, economics and culture, is in good order or not. As the value nonmenon and the support of life meaning of man, the order of mind is closely related to the proper human survival patterns, the human dignity and the integral personality. Besides, the atomic-like living style, in which people for their personal sake actually stay alone even though they lives in the community, makes people become strangers who wouldn’t trust each other. As a consequence, modern people get lost again in the rootless dilemma in the course of seeking new living modes: they are entangled by void and anxiety; they are accused by nihilism; for the lack of the common values, people live indifferently in a "tolerant" society, in which such sayings as "the moral baseline is broken" and "moral degradation" gradually emerge in people’s vision. All in all, modernity allows us to adventure, to gain power, pleasure and growth, and to change ourselves and the world; in the meantime, it pours all people into a vortex of struggles and conflicts, of ambiguity and sufferings, which keeps collapsing and renewing. The mind falls into disorder even out of order. Therefore, to rebuild an excellent order of mind of the modern individual becomes one urgent practical problem in our times.In order to realize the "Chinese Dream" of national prosperity, national revival and people’s wellbeing, China in the modernization process deeply needs the individual consciousness of reasonable values and manifestations of truth, goodness and beauty of human nature. Meanwhile, the realization of "Chinese Dream" is also the realization of each individual dream. In this harmonious society where everyone shares the same splendid chances, man can fully experience the dignity as a man and possess one’s nature. In this way, the free all-round development of man is realized and people will lead a happy and stable life, which is just the beautiful value and ultimate meaning presupposed by the excellent order of a mind.
