Once mentioned, there are seen from the angle of macroscopic view which contain the whole span that they cannot focus on the Jin Dynasty Funeral Rite which is one origin of Sui Tang Rite, just like<The study of Qin Han and Wei Jin Dynasties Funeral Rite><The Research of Wei Jin and Southern Northern Dynasty Five Rites>. Few people focus on the Jin Dynasty Funeral Rite, If any, they mainly refer to the official history, which can hardly offer new materials to use. The rites of Jin Dynasty have not been detailedly recorded in history, what we can know mostly now is that the discuss about mourning clothes, this belongs to the rite that the alive people do to the dead, but all that cannot stand by series of funerary, Between the first state-necromancy and the last state-bury the dead, there are many steps about funerary, which were shaped roughly in the Pre-Qin Period, and be followed by the next dynasty, But the difference still exist among each dynasty if we look into carefully. So, This paper devoted to discuss The funerary rites of Jin Dynasty. Based on the compilation of "the official histories""the politics""novels""encyclopedias""collected works" relevant with Jin Dynasty, these materials will be classified and summarized according to the order of Funeral Rite,. Study and figure out the characteristic of Jin Dynasty Funeral Rite and the changes of implements used for Funeral, using reference books such as "The three rituals ""history books ""politics ", Any material that can be used such as "mural painting in tomb chamber""bamboo scripts""tombs" will be written down. This paper consists of four parts, The first part has nothing to do with the funerary, it’s mainly about people in Jin Dynasty tackle with sickness and the way to cure the diseases. The last three parts discuss the funerary characteristic of Jin Dynasty, according to the order of funerary, especially the unique ones, such as the short bed, that is set up for the ghost of the dead people.
