This article focuses on the crusade against child labor in American between1912and1938, which refers to analysis conditions in economic, politics and culture.During the time, the economic developed in technology. The technologyrevolution had a complex effect on the use of child labor. The government changed inthe reform of the municipal mechanism. Both the image of government and publicpolicies helped deal with some social problems. The social consciousness changed inthe concepts of child and child labor, which is this article’s critical content andcreative point.All of society and social groups took part in the crusade against child labor. Thisarticle analysed that the society have an effect on the use of child labor, includingemployers, families, education, the reformers and the government organization,according to the style of power from different social groups. The different groups andfeudal government had a positive and negative influence.The analysis of crusade against child labor in American made great differencefrom1912to1938, which could sometimes have some enlightenment forgovernment and reformers. The first of all, we should respect national custom andnational tradition, when we adjusted policies to the social changes. The image ofgovernment helped deal with social problems. Based on collecting data andinformation, public policies had the same effect, on the behalf of public benefit.Apart from that, the municipal mechanism had reformed, improving life in public. Atleast but not at last, the government helped public consciousness choose the mostbeneficial to the social development.
