| Johann Nepomnk Hummel(1778-1837), who was born in Austria Bohemian, is anoutstanding pianist,composer, educator and conductor. His musical career was in Austria asthe center all his life and he was once a student of the Viennese classicism master Mozart. Inthose times, Hummel was recognized as one of the greatest pianists, comparable to Beethoven,especially renowned improvisational performances. He was in the alternating of theclassicism and the romanticism, was a prolific composer, his music involves many areas, butmainly piano works.
