The ban on parties in Qingyuan year and conflicts between parties inQingyuan year in history launched in the Southern Song Dynasty were headed by HanTuozhou, one who was against Daonism, the political incidents were aimed to takedown the Daonism,headed by Zhao Ruyu.The research objects of this paper is thescholar offical bureaucratic group acted differently in The ban on parties in Qingyuanyear,the purpose of my research is to collect, screen the related materials in theofficial,history,memorials,poems,letters,notes,together with the unofficial history,torestore the various attitudes of these bureaucratic group when they faced thepolitical turmoil.In first,I explore and depict somen typical complex mentalities toreveal different attitudes and complex experiences against the servre politicalpressure in the bad situation in The Southern Song Dynasty,further more,I analyzethe social,historical, personal reasons behind.This paper consists of six part, the structure is as follows:The first part is a general statement of the historical background,politicalcircumstance,the reason,progress,and impact,evaluation as well as the behaviorsof the bureaucratic group in the incident.The second part specifically discusses the kind of scholar officalbureaucratic group who always were justice-upholding and toughly fought againstthe Han Tuozhou group.I divide the scholar offical into three types:the scholar officalbureaucratic group who belonged to Daonism academicly;the scholar officalbureaucratic group who did not belong to Daonism academicly; the scholar officalbureaucratic group who were poets but not belong to the academicly.The object of the third part is the scholar offical bureaucratic group whoattached to Han to attack the Daonism,they usually flattered to obtain the position orcontradicted to the Daonism group,the neutral ones were also included.In the fourth part,I analyze the scholar offical bureaucratic group ofDaonism who insisted the bottom line and kept their nose clean,I take Yang Wanlias the individual case,analyze the subtle mentaility and experience in detail. In the fifth part,I analyze the scholar offical bureaucratic group who heldtheir own opinions I take Luyou as the individual case for his independent ideas inthe ban on parties in Qingyuan year time.The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper,I probe the reasons of thedifferent acts of the scholar offical bureaucratic groups in the ban on parties inQingyuan year time from three perspectives,the Song disciplines made by theirforefathers, historical background, political circumstance,the official system andpreferential policies of Southern Song Dynasty.
