Shu and Chu, together as a crucial cultural region of the Yangtze River, both madegreat contributions to the Chinese civilization. However, in either Shu CulturalHistory Study or its Chu equivalent, only scraps of records or notes have survivedfrom the long history, having been causing a great deal of difficulties for theresearches on their correlation.
