Objective:in this paper, the fracture type of Garden III and Garden IV patients, femoral head replacement surgery.Divided into two groups, bone cement group and type biological follow-up of patients with two groups of operation time, blood loss, postoperative flow, VAS pain score, the Harris hip, to the old patients with femoral neck fracture what type of joint prosthesis.Methods:in March2004to November2012in taiyuan xishan coal electricity group company worker parallel artificial femoral head replacement surgery, general hospital orthopedic hospital for Garden â…¢ and Garden â…£ select100cases of femoral neck fracture patients, aged65-85, for follow-up of98cases.51of whom underwent bone cement type artificial femoral head prosthesis replacement,47routine biological type artificial femoral head prosthesis replacement, respectively in four weeks,12weeks and24weeks postoperatively, VAS pain score evaluation system, more time, blood loss, flow rate, complications and postoperative4weeks,8weeks, half a year, the Harris hip score ofResults:Pain:bone cement prosthesis in patients with type and biological prosthetic group4weeks.12weeks and24weeks after surgery pain VAS score score difference is not significant.The function aspect, bone cement group began in January to Harris hip score is better than that of biological group six months, the two groups of patients1year after the operation, Harris hip score difference is statistically significant.Complications:from the perioperative and postoperative follow-up of1year, the complication rate of two groups of no statistical difference.
