Objectives:To explore a simple, accurate and easy-application method for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage localization. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the102patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our department treated with YL-1needle between January2011and November2013, the hematoma of51patients was located with Two point One line positioning method for group A; Another51patients were conventionally located on the basis of CT plain film and surface marker for group B.Results:For Group A and group B, the accuracy rate was96.08%and72.55%(P<0.05) respectively to reach the target point,72hours of postoperative hematoma clearance rate were78.55(+18.35)%and58.42(+13.74)%(P<0.05), all with statistical significance. Conclusion:In the hypertension cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive surgery treatment, two point one line positioning method is a simple, rapid, accurate and economic method, and is easy to grasp, and has the characteristics of high hematoma clearance rate, and was worthy to popularize in basic-level hospitals. |
