| Objective:The aim of the study was to observe the recent and forward curative effect and safety of the insomnia after cerebral infarction treated with Fengchi(GB20), Wangu(GB12),Baihui(DU20),Shenmen(HT7),Zusanli(ST36) and Taichong(LR3). Another aim was to clear the features and advantages of this group points to provide reliable evidence for the clinical application.Methods:66cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a test group and a control group,33cases in each group. The patients in the test group were treated with acupuncturing at Fengchi(GB20), Wangu(GB12), Baihui(DU20), Shenmen(HT7), Zusanli(ST36) and Taichong(LR3), as while the control group were treated with regular acupuncture points. In both two groups, the treatment would be done once a day except weekends for4weeks, with5follow up surveys in the next3months.Results:a Both group were effective for the treanment of insomnia after cerebral infarction.b After treatment, the PSQI score of both group were same after two-week treatment, but the test group decreased significantly compared with the control group on other follow up surveys.c both methods obtained long-term effects for the treatment of insomnia after cerebral infarction, and the test group was better than the control group.Conclusion:This clinical study proved that the group of acupuncture points with Fengchi(GB20), Wangu(GB12), Baihui(DU20), Shenmen(HT7), Zusanli(ST36) and Taichong(LR3) in treating insomnia after cerebral infarction was effective, safe and it obtained long-term effects, and the treatment was more durable and stable. As a result, it was worthy of clinical application for the group of acupuncture points with Fengchi(GB20), Wangu(GB12), Baihui(DU20), Shenmen(HT7), Zusanli(ST36) and Taichong(LR3) in treating insomnia after cerebral infarction. |
