The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between active RA syndromes and syndrome and relevant indexes, so as to provide the reference for clinical, improve pertinence and clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.1Review of the literature:In the part of literature review, we summarize the research progress of rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of Chinese and Western medicine system. Mainly summarized the ancient and modern traditional Chinese medicine on rheumatoid arthritis in the name of disease, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation treatment and other treatment methods of the system analysis. The western medicine review summed up the western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis in the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment progress.2The clinical studyObjective: To explore the relationship between the active RA syndromes and syndrome and relevant indexes, so as to provide the reference for clinical, improve pertinence and clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese Medicine.Method: retrospective study of patients with active RA, and questionnaire design, sampling investigation object sex, age, course of disease, hospitalization records of TCM four diagnostic information and the main symptom, laboratory examination data. Come to the syndromes conclusion, is referenced to the2002edition of "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principle" and "standard of diagnosis and treatment and the prescription of TCM Syndromes of selection".
