This research is to find the organ selective property of the tumor metastasis and the correlation between TCM syndromes and the metastasis sites.[Objectives]:Researching cancer’s correlations with TCM syndromes and metastasis sites.[Methods]:All the bring-into cases are filled into the unify observation forms by researchers. The items contain patient’s name, sex, age, hospital time, pathology, metastasis, imaging data, symptom, tongue symptoms, pulse condition, TCM Syndromes.[Results]:1. The number of all the tumor patients is981, consists of lung cancer (298,30%of all), which are followed by colorectal cancer (122,12%of all) and gas tr ic cancer (97,9%of all), breast cancer (43,4%of all). Most of their age are above50s, with the average64.72and median64. They are composed by541males and439females.2. the most often metastasis sites of the lung cancer are bone, liver and brain. Among the adenocarcinoma, the bone is the most often invaded organ and the small lung cancer liver.3. The common Chinese medicine syndrome in the cases are Qi deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm wetness and phlegm heat. The blood stasis is related with the liver metastasis and the phlegm wetness is related with the brain metastasis.4. Breast cancer is apt to metastasize to the bone and the gastrointestinal cancer is apt to metastasize to the liver.[Conclusions]:1.
