Advantages And Characteristics Of Primary Liver Cancer Study Treatment Phlegm Detoxification Sanjie Method

Objective:Through exploring "resolving phlegm, detoxication and resolving masses " method of Chinese medicine treatment of primary liver cancer advantages and characteristics, to determine the clinical efficacy of "resolving phlegm, detoxication and resolving masses ", Optimization of the method application specification and to explore the clinical characteristics of disease and symptoms of the scheme, making it a suitable for clinical promotion of TCM treatment of primary liver cancer, and to extend the life of the patients with primary liver cancer, the final aim of improving the quality of life.Methods:Use prospective cohort study design. A total of119patients with met inclusion and exclusion criteria, the treatment group (using "resolving phlegm, detoxication and resolving masses " solution treatment of Chinese medicine)66cases,the control group (treated with western medicine)53cases. Follow-up time from2012/6/1to2014/1/I.Observe changes in tumors, survival, survival rate, liver function and tumor markers, and clinical symptoms integral, physical status score.Results:1.In alleviating tumors size,overall improvement in treatment group28cases, can evaluate patients was50.91%, accounting for42.42%of the overall66cases in treatment group. Control the overall improvement of18cases, accounting for can evaluate patients was40.00%, accounting for33.96%of the control group53cases overall. Two groups after statistics (P=0.706>0.05, shows that there is no difference between two groups in reducing tumor size. But by comparison with the percentage of overall period can be seen that the treatment group in slightly better than that in control group. In CR and PR in the control group is superior to the treatment group, while in SD treatment group was superior to control group, that the method of resolving phlegm, detoxication and resolving masses has good steady tumor.2. In prolonging survival period,from the overall survival, the treatment group the average survival period was10.731months and9.8months and the median survival period in the control group the average survival period was9.869months, the median surial was7.8months. Different stages of liver cancer prognosis, phase III:the treatment group the average survival period was11.941months,11.8months and the median survival period in the control group the average survival period was11.113months, the median surial was10.9months. Stage IV:the treatment group the average survival period was8.920months and7.7months and the median survival period in the control group the average survival period was7.896 months, the median surial was6.1months. Both overall survival and different stages, the treatment group the average survival period and the median survival period is longer than the control group, the treatment group in prolong survival time in patients with stage Ⅳ a phase Ⅲ is more obvious. Although the statistical analysis of the two groups P values were greater than0.05, but by increasing the sample size will this difference could be more obvious. Four treatments in the two groups in terms of survival difference is not big, six and eight course from the aspects of percentage slightly higher than the control group, treatment group between the two groups (P>0.329, no statistical significance, if increase the sample size, may be this trend could be more obvious.3.In improving liver function and tumor markers, by comparison with the contrast between the way and two way in before and after comparison, P>0.05, no obvious statistical significance. Showed the two groups in the course of treatment to liver function no difference, the influence of the indirect evidence the method of resolving phlegm,detoxication and resolving masses is safe and reliable to treat liver cancer.4. in alleviating clinical symptoms, treatment group in alleviating clinical symptoms and improve the physical conditions were better than that in control group, P<0.05, suggesting that the method of resolving phlegm,detoxication and resolving masses can effectively improve patient quality of life. Efficient treatment group and control group were gradually decline as treatment increased, the stability factor increases gradually, that when patients clinical symptoms, and in the relatively stable stage, also have the same rule in terms of physical condition.Conclusions:The method of resolving phlegm,detoxication and resolving masses can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of middle-late stage primary liver cancer, and improve the quality of life, compared to two groups of liver function have no influence, in terms of ease tumors had slightly better than the control group and treatment group in survival in the treatment group can improve the average survival period of nearly a month. In conclusion: The method of resolving phlegm,detoxication and resolving masses regimen for primary liver cancer curative effect, safe and reliable, and is worth further research and extension.
