Shao Times Injection And Lysis Of Scar Scar On Treating Anal Stenosis

Objection:Stricture of anus is various anorectal disease and anorectal injury results. It is not an independent disease, and is difficult to treat in anorectal field. Due to many causes of stenosis of anal canal, local condition of the patient is not the same, so the operation is of various. Looking for a small trauma, quick recovery, less pain, the treatment of anal canal stenosis is an ideal method for reliable curative effect, is an important task for clinical work.This study aimed to compare Shaobei injection combined with scar lysis to scar lysis for treating the cicatricial stenosis of anal canal in the overall effect, anal pain after operation, the postoperative defecation time,wound healing time,effect of postoperative follow-up for half a year,and to explore Shaobei injection combined with scar lysis in the total curative effect after operation, anal postoperative recovery advantages.Methods:Collect clinical data of64patients with cicatricial stenosis of anal canal who checked into China-Japan Friendship Hospital anorectal Branch from February,2012to July,2013,all patients met the inclusion criteria.We chose sixteen men patients and forteen women patients aged twenty to seventy-five, the longest duration of4years and the shortest duration of1months,who were radomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group(15cases),the method of operation by using the Shaobei injection combined with scar lysis.The control group(15cases) was treated with the Scar lysis. There are no significant differences in sex,age and course of disease between two groups.They are comparable.We observe the following projects respectively in postoperative day:the overall effect, anal pain after operation, the postoperative defecation time and wound healing time, effect of postoperative follow-up for half a year,etc.The results using SAS8.2date analysis system for statistical analysis.Results:After1month, the total clinical efficacy in the two group, Z=1.0209, P=0.3073>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.The total effective rate was100%.The treatment group and the control group, The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group was93.3%and80%, improvement rate were6.7%and20%, the treatment group was better than the control group.Two groups of patients with postoperative defecation time one week after operation, the treatment group is3.93±1.53min,5.93±3.10min control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After1months the degree of stenosis of anus,Z=0.5585,p=0.6530>0.05,no significant differences. Two groups of patients can be smoothly through the anus mirror. In the control group,1cases of mild stenosis,the treatment group were normal. The treatment group in1months after operation of anal stenosis than the control group. After1,3,7days of anal pain contrast, the treatment group after first,3, 7days of pain scores were3.86±1.18,2.67±1.95,2.26±1.66,the control group were5.06■1.83,4.13±1.76,3.2±1.65,3sets of data were all p<0.05,the difference was statistically significan. Postoperative wound healing time comparison, the experimental group’s average of14.8±2.56days, the control group was21.6±2.63days, the difference has statistical significance. Followed up for half a year after the treatment,Z=-1.6421,P=0.1006>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The treatment group was100%,0cases healed,2cases improved, the rate of the control group was93.3%, of which1cases were healed,5patients improved, the treatment group was better than the control groupin the cure rate.During the period of observation, no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both two groups.Conclusion:Through the comparison of the overall effect, anal pain after operation, the postoperative defecation time,wound healing time and effect of postoperative follow-up for half a year between Shaobei injection combined with scar lysis and Scar lysis for treating the cicatricial stenosis of anal canal,two kinds of methods can play an effective therapeutic effect. But the treatment group with postoperative defecation time short, anal pain, wound healing time was shorter, obvious curative effect, safe and reliable, has the value of clinical application.
