Euscaphis japonica is an aboundant and widespread plant resources in China, it also has ornamental and medicinal value. There are some reports about the pharmic actions of the plant in medical works. Euscaphis japonica have obvious pharmacological actions on anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cell proliferation and anti-liver fibrosis. In Nanping, Fujian area, the fruits of Euscaphis japonica commonly use for childbed fever. Therefore, according pathogenic mechanism of childbed fever and report of literature, choice the fruits of Euscaphis japonica that aboundant plant resources and useless, this thesis put its foucs on the constituents of the fruits under the guide of anti-microbial activity experiment, find the fruits of Euscaphis japonica inhibit active consitituents. I got13compounds from the fruits of Euscaphis japonica by using column chromatography, and identified10compounds. Experiment results are shown as follows:1.Study on the anti-microbial activity of the fruits of Euscaphis japonica extractive:Adopt tube dilution method combine with agar plate method determine anti-microbial ability of the fruits of Euscaphis japonica extractive, while compared with cefradine reference. The results showed ethanol extractive inhibition effect than water extractive is obvious, dichloromethane, n-butanol fraction have the strongest inhibition effect, followed by ethyl acetate fraction. The fruits of Euscaphis japonica inhibit active consitituents lay good foundation for the study of active consitituents.2. Study on chemical constituents:Through the dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol fraction of the fruits of Euscaphis japonica, I got13kinds of compounds from the fruits of Euscaphis japonica by using column chromatography, and identified10compounds, β-sitosterol, daucosterol, bis (2-ethylheptyl) phythalate, succinic acid, maslinic acid, pomolic acid, betulic acid, gallic acid, isoquercitrin, isorhamnetin-3-o-glucoside were separated by column chromatography and identified by phusicochemical and spectroscopic analysis.7compounds are obtained from the fruits of Euscaphis japonica for the first time.3. Study on the anti-microbial activity of the fruits of Euscaphis japonica monomer compound:Monomer compound, which separated by column chromatography, while compared with amoxicillin reference, the results show MIC of monomer compound are less than the reference.
