Auricular - Plaster Combined With Refreshing Spleen Spleen Clinical Observation Sputum Cohesive Treatment Of Tourette

Object:Through literature research and clinical studies, we collected. analyzed and arranged the clinical applications of external treatment of traditional chinese medicine in pediatric common disease. Through clinical observing of auricular-point therapy and Xingnao Jianpi decoction for Tourette syndrome due to spleen deficiency and sputum, we explored the curative effect advantage of combining external treatment and internal treatment of TCM to treat common diseases of children,which can provide theoretical and clinical data support for the external treatment of TCM.Methods:(1) Document research:We collected and collated literatures of external treatment of TCM in children from January2003to December2012, bibliometric method was used to analyse the condition of the application of external treatment of1CM in neonatal disease, respiratory disease, digestive disease, heart and liver disease, kidney disease, infectious disease, parasites and other common diseases in children.(2) Clinical studies:We bring42cases of children with tourette into the clilical study which conform to the clinical features of spleen eficiency with phlegm,and then randomly and equivalently dividing them into internal and external therapy group.The internal and external therapy group were treated with auricular point therapy and oral refreshing mind and strengthening spleen decoction, the internal therapy group were treated only with Xingnao Jianpi decoction. After12weeks of treatment, we observe the differences between the two groups systematically.Results:(1) Document research:Literature published of external therapy in children shows an overall upward trend year by year.External therapy application, manipulation, moxibustion. enema, and acupoint injection practice were widely used in clinical.The application type and frequency of external therapy in diseases of various system are deffrent.(2) Clinical Research:Before the treatment, there is no significant difference between group and the control group in symptoms and signs of children with Tourette syndrome(P>0.05), there is comparability. After the treatment, the two groups all have definite therapeutic effect on Tourette syndrome due to spleen deficiency and sputum, the remarkable effective rate of internal and external treatment group was61.90%, the internal treatment group was52.38%, the internal and external treatment group has more significant clinical effect at improving twitch symptoms, which is better than the internal treatment group.Conclusion:(1)According to the frequency of application of external therapy in common diseases.it can initially reflect the condition of practicing external treatment methods in the disease. The external treatment method has high frequency, states the method applied more widely in the disease, which may have a better effect, but it still needs further comprehensive clinical trials.(2) The clinical efficacy of using auricular acupressure and Xingnao Jianpi decoction treating Tourette syndrome due to spleen deficiency and sputum is sure, which is superior to oral Xingnao Jianpi decoction separately.
