Observing And Analyzing Eye Acupuncture Treatment Of Stroke Effect Immediately

Purpose：Through clinical observation analysis eye needle treatment ofischemic stroke with immediate effect.Material and method：This experiment all cases are from October2011toDecember2012, liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine the firstaffiliated hospital inpatient and outpatient service patient acupuncture Barea.Choose48patients with acute phase of ischemic stroke, according to therandom list method is divided into the treatment group and control group.Treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment for the first regulareye after body acupuncture needle acupuncture, the control group appliedtraditional body acupuncture.Acupuncture once a day, after the observation ofacupuncture, after5minutes,10minutes after the eye muscle immediate changesin patients with needle group, observation strength changes in patients withbody acupuncture group of30minutes.NIHSS scale evaluation eye needle aftera period of treatment group improve nerve function defect in patients withsymptoms.Application of statistical methods to compare two groups of strengthchange immediately and eye needle treatment group patients with nerve functiondefect symptoms improve the situation.Results：1.Eye needle group and acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke, after5minutes,10minutes after experienced side limb muscle strength higher effective ratewas62.48%-62.50%on average, simple body acupuncture group total effectiverate29.16%to33.33%. Treatment group is better than the control group.2. To eye needle group of different strength grade comparison, curative effectis distinct group mainly focuses on level3and level4patients with musclestrength. 3.Eye needle treatment of ischemic stroke NIHSS item score after a period oftreatment effective rate was83.33%to83.33%.4.Eye needle treatment of ischemic stroke acute phase with immediate effectrelated to the course, upper2weeks with effective rate was69.23%, effectiverate was84.62%of lower limb, within2weeks to1month of the upper limb inpatients with effective rate was45.45%, lower efficient36.36%.Conclusion：1. Eye needle treatment of ischemic stroke acute phase with immediate effect,and superior to the simple body acupuncture.2. Eye needle treatment of ischemic stroke acute phase strength level3-4patients curative effect is better than strength level0-2levels of patients.3. Eye needle can improve neural function defect symptom of ischemic strokepatients.4.Eye needle treatment of ischemic stroke acute phase with immediate effectrelated to the course, the sooner in acute stage patients with eye needletreatment with immediate effect, the more obvious.
