Accompanied by the rapid development of digital technology, in addition to paper media, radio, television and other mass media, micro blogging, micro-channel, digital newspapers, news sites, search engine and other new media are springing appearing. All-media era brings pressures and challenges to propagandist in promoting hospital image. This article focusing the characteristics of various forms of media and analyzing the superiority, combined with the realties of the hospital, multi-angle widely promote the image of hospital. Hospital managers establish a sense of crisis, to cope with the crisis of all types of media. According to the study:1.Managers make plan to promote hospital image based on the actual and the media operation rules;2. Different forms of media have different effects in promoting hospital image;3. Establishing correspondent team and photography team to enhance awareness of propaganda and professional quality;4. Strengthen the construction of hospital culture. motivate staff in spiritual culture on the basis of the material;5.Make plans of media crisis response and the spokesman system,enhance the judgment of public opinion, response crisis according to the different forms of negative reports and emergencies.Concluded, provide decision for decision-makers, pay attention to the various forms of propaganda under the full media age to promote hospital brand.
