| Objective:To reveal the mechanism of Jingluoshu Capsules in treating type2diabetes mellitus by observe effect of Jingluoshu Capsules on insulin resistance in type-2diabetic rats which used Jingluoshu Capsules, and discuss its mechanism.Methods:Prepare the type2diabetes mellitus rat model with insulin resistance by feeding SD male rats with high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The model SD rats which successful prepared were randomly divided into5groups, high and low dose group, metformin group, model group and normal control group. In6weeks, high dose group and low dose group were fed with Jingluoshu Capsules, metformin group were fed with metformin hydrochloride solution, and model group and normal control group were fed with the right amount of physiological saline. To test FPG, FINS, ISI and MDA before and after the period,Results:(1) Compared with the model group, high dose group, low dose group and metformin group in reducing fasting plasma glucose, fasting serum insulin lever and improve insulin resistance effect are remarkable (P<0.05). High dose group and metformin group in reducing blood fat (triglyceride, total cholesterol), weight and MDA effect are also remarkable (P<0.05). But compared with the model group, low dose group has no significant difference in reducing blood fat (P>0.05).(2) High dose group and metformin group compared, metformin group has more obvious effect on reducing fasting plasma glucose, and the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05).The groups have no significant differences in reducing fasting insulin lever, improving insulin resistance, controlling weight and improving blood fat(triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol).High dose group in MDA effect is more obvious(P<0.05).(3) Low dose group and metformin group compared, metformin group has more obvious effect on reducing fasting plasma glucose, fasting serum insulin lever and improve insulin resistance, and the two groups have significant differences(P<0.05).Metformin group has obvious effect on controlling weight and improving blood fat(triglyceride, total cholesterol)(P<0.05).The two groups have no significant differences in MAD(P>0.5).Conclusion:The Chinese traditional medicine Jingluoshu Capsules can improve the fasting plasma glucose of insulin resistance in type-2diabetic rats, the mechanism of action, possibly by reducing fasting insulin lever to improve insulin resistance, reducing blood fat to reduce weight and MDA to achieve. The control of the indicators, high dose is beter than low dose. |
