Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris Chest Aerosol Ease

Objective:To better understand the development of chinese medicine aerosols’progress and its clinical application through ancient and modern literature research. To study modern progress and application of chinese medicine aerosol in coronary heart disease and to further evaluate Kuan Xiong aerosol with its fast acting relief, clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment against Angina Pectoris seizure.Method:Select a number of60medical cases of patients diagnosed as Angina Pectoris, randomly divide it into2groups; the treatment group contains30cases, with treatment using Kuan Xiong aerosol, the control group contains30cases with Nitroglycerin tablets as placebo. The moment when the patient starts to have Angina Pectoris seizure, spray aerosol agents3times in the sublingual room for Kuan Xiong aerosol treatment group; as for the Nitroglycerin control group, a piece of Nitroglycerin is placed in the sublingual room. Record the time taken for the patient to be relieved of the symptoms of Angina Pectoris and measure the improvement of ECG readings for the whole process.Results:The time taken in relieving the symptoms of Angina Pectoris and its improvement in ECG readings for the Kuan Xiong aerosol treatment group shows that it’s comparable with Nitroglycerin control group. Moreover, the adverse side-effects were significantly much lesser than the control group.Conclusion:Kuan Xiong aerosol has a prominent effect in relieving symptoms of Angina Pectoris. It possesses good drug tolerance with lesser adverse side-effects.
