AimBased on the theory of Ying Wei Qi Xue, the content of Interleukin-1(IL-1) and Tumor Necrosis Factor-a(TNF-a) were tested for the comparison of different acupionts for the Insomnia rats to select the appropriate acupiont for clinical treatment.Rats and MethodsThe50male Wistar rats were randomly divided into5groups (n=10):Control group (group A), Model group (group B), Diazepam group (group C), acupuncture group I (group D), acupuncture group Ⅱ (group E).After the adaptive feeding for one week, the Phenylalanine (PCPA) was used for intraperitoneal injection to establish the insomnia rats. Observe and record the behavioral changes of rats in the whole process. At the end of the7th day of the treatment, the rats were decapitated and the content of IL-1and TNF-aof brain were tested.Group D, Acupuncture prescription:BL62, KI6; Group E, Acupuncture prescription:HT7, EX-HN1; Group C, diazepam suspension gavage for7days the day after the model rats establishment; Group D and Group E get acupuncture at9:00AM from the2cd day after the model rats establishment; Use needles With specifications0.30×13mm and puncture into the proper depth, then connect Electro-acupuncture device, frequency100HZ, set current strength according to the muscles quivering,20minutes a day for7consecutive days. Rats were decapitated at the end of treatment. The brain, with measured levels.IL-1, TNF-a levels were tested by ELASA with brain tissue homogenized.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture BL62, KI6could effectively regulate sleep and sleep-related cytokines.2.Acupuncture might regulate the function of immune system, increase the content of Sleep-related cytokine.
