Relationship Between Primary Hypertension And Target Organ Damage Pulse Wave Velocity

Purpose:Explore non-invasive atherosclerosis detection measures to their targetorgan damage in patients with essential hypertension relationship,focus on pulsewave velocity and hypertension target organ heart, brain, kidney, vasculardamage and hypertension TCM type.Material and method:Selected from December2011to February2013the FirstAffiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicinehospital hypertension for the first diagnosis of patients with482cases selectedfor the study, including high blood pressure alone and combined with other targetorgan damagein hypertensive patients. Selected line standard history taking,brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity measurement, echocardiography, carotidultrasonography, and serum creatinine, urine protein, blood urea nitrogen andother routine laboratory tests, collect complete data applications SPSS19.Ostatistical software analysis, the level of significance set at P <0.05.Conclusion:1、The baPWV higher group’s age,SBP,PP,MAU,IMT,LVMI were higher than the baPWVnormal group(P<0.05),and baPWV with age, SBP,PP,MAU,IMT,LVMI was positivelycorrelated(P<0.01).2、BaPWV compared with simple hypertension,with target organ damage group wassignificantly higher(P<0.05),the baPWV and target organ damage number waspositively correlated.3、BaPWV increased group compared to and baPWV normal group, heart damage, braindamage, kidney damage,vascular damage were significantly increased(P<0.05).4、The relationship between Hypertension TCM syndrome and baPWV:yin and yangdeficiency syndrome type＞hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency syndrometype＞hyperactivity of liver fire＞tan shi obstruct and abundant syndrome type.5、The relationship between the incidence of Hypertension TCM syndrome and targetorgan damage:yin and yang deficiency syndrome type＞hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency syndrome type＞tan shi obstruct and abundant syndrome type＞hyperactivity of liver fire.Conclusion:BaPWV increased with essential hypertension target organ damage andTCM type are closely related,the baPWV are predictive value to hypertensivecardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and complications.
