Abstract/Summary:
Objective:The operation method of cruciate ligament repair and reconstructionwith hamstring muscle transplantation under arthroscope, summarize the initialclinical results and the operation method, the advantages and disadvantages ofthe matters needing attention.Method:123cases of patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury byarthroscopic repair and reconstruction of autologous hamstring graft for anteriorcruciate ligament operation method, since November2011to December2012.According to the IKDC2000score of knee joint function evaluation. Results: Patients were followed up for3months to9months,6months follow-up,the stability of the knee: preoperative Lanchman test was positive in123cases,anterior drawer test, pivot shift test was positive in97cases,26cases did notobtain; after six months ago drawer test was negative in119cases, It was positivein4cases, Lanchman test negative in120cases, It positive3cases; the pivotshift test was negative in120cases of positive in3cases. preoperative:42.10°±12.29°, after six months:141.69°±7.74°. IKDC subjective score:preoperative:20.53±2.20, after six months:96.94±8.60. The difference wasstatistically significant. IKDC2000ligament of knee joint rating, postoperativenormal (Grade A) in105cases, close to normal (grade B) in15cases, abnormal(grade C) in3cases.Conclusion:The use of arthroscopic hamstring muscle transplantation for therepair and reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament operation, can providesufficient biomechanical strength transplantation tendon, can effectively rigidinternal fixation, and early functional exercise can adapt, with small materialadvantage position after operation complications, postoperative follow-up of theknee joint activity, stability and satisfactory clinical efficacy, this methodis worth popularizing clinically.
