Clinical Study Eye Acupuncture Treatment Of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (spleen And Stomach)

Purpose：Using eye acupuncturetreatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowelsyndrome (spleen and stomach weakness), by observing the clinical curative effect,evaluation of eye acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowelsyndrome (spleen and stomach weakness) clinical efficacy and long-term therapeuticeffect.Material and method：A total of64cases of diarrheatype irritable bowelsyndrome (spleen and stomach deficiency) were randomly divided into acupuncturegroup and control group of32cases. Eye acupuncture therapy group and controlgroup with2cases in shedding, statistics of cases there were60cases. Two groupsin age, sex, course of disease, and treatment of TCM syndrome have no significantdifference, comparable (P>0.05). Eye acupuncture treatment group and middle area,e., spleen. The control group oralto Pinaverium Bromide1tablets each time, three times a day orally, two groups were2weeks as1course of treatment, the curative effect after treatment of1courses. Thetwo groups were observed before and after treatment the difference in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral, secondary main symptom scores, and2weeks of treatment,follow-up4weeks after the index changes.Results：Comparisonof eye acupuncture treatment group and control groupbeforeand after treatment of the TCM syndrome integral, the main secondary syndromeintegral, the results indicate that the two groups of patients after the treatment ofdiarrhea, eat less anorexia, abdominal distention after eating, abdominal pain,abdominal distension, bowel, lassitude, significantly improved compared with beforetreatment (P <0.05). Between2weeks after treatment of eye acupuncture treatmentgroup and the control group of TCM syndrome integral phase comparison, in terms ofdiarrhea, eat less anorexia eye acupuncture treatment group therapy significantly effect is better than that of control group (P <0.05); in the aspects of abdominaldistension after eating, eye acupuncture treatment group and the control group (P>0.05) efficacy; after two weeks of treatment of two groups of Chinese minor syndromeintegral comparison in abdominal pain, abdominal distension, bowel, eye acupuncturetreatment group was better than control group (P <0.05); in fatigue, eye acupuncturetreatment group and the control group (P>0.05) efficacy. In4weeks after treatmentbetween two groups of TCM syndrome integral in the main, diarrhea, eat lessanorexia, abdominal distention after eating, eye acupuncture treatment group wasbetter than control group (P <0.05); secondary syndromes of TCM in contrast,abdominal pain, abdominal distension, bowel, lassitude, therapeutic effect of eyeacupuncture treatment group better than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion：1eye acupuncture therapy is an ideal method in treatment of diarrhea type irritablebowel syndrome of the spleen and stomach weakness, faster improvement for mostsymptoms, diarrhea, eat less anorexia, abdominal distention after eating, abdominalpain, abdominal distension, bowel, lassitude, etc. have improved more significantly.2eye acupuncture treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and stomach weakness) in treatment of lasting effect, therapeutic effect.3eye acupuncture therapy is diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (weakness of thespleen and stomach syndrome) clinical effective treatment, worthy of clinicalpopularization and application.
