Professor Qin Guozheng Impotence Of Academic Thought And Clinical Experience Summary

Objective: through the clinical observation of76cases of impotence patients,summarize academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Qin Guozheng inthe treatment of impotence, and provide a reference basis for better clinical treatmentof impotence.Methods: a total of76cases of impotence patients, treatment of academic thoughtfrom liver and kidney, according to Professor Qin Guozheng, impotence andsyndrome differentiation of type four（yin deficiency of liver and kidney, damp-heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis, stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of the kidney）,through the treatment of patients with records, treatment for4weeks,8weeks oftreatment, the international index of erectile function questionnaire （IIEF-5） score,on Professor Qin Guozheng from the liver and kidney on clinical effect in treatmentof impotence, comprehensive evaluation.Results: the overall efficacy evaluation:4weeks of treatment, cure rate, markedlyeffective, effective, no efficiency were23.7%,39.5%,17.1%,19.7%,8weeks oftreatment, cure rate, markedly effective, effective, no efficiency were32.9%,52.6%,6.6%,7.9%（two by rank sum test, p<0.05） in four types of treatment, prescriptionuse frequency to two Biejia decoction, Shiba Kokatsu wet soup, four inversescattered and bald chicken powder, Yishen Huoxue soup addition and subtraction,commonly used drug use frequency to Tribulus terrestris, Albizzia julibrissin,centipede, danshen root, Herba Epimedii, Caulis Spatholobi, forsythia, Passepartout,patchouli, clematis root, malt, Gallus gallus domesticus.Conclusion: the impotent patients before treatment,4weeks,8weeks of treatmentthe international index of erectile function questionnaire（IIEF-5）scores wereevaluated, that Professor Qin Guozheng from the liver and kidney of the clinicalfeasibility of impotence academic thought, that therapy of TCM, clinical syndromedifferentiation and treatment of impotence is remarkable, worthy of further researchand extension.
