Objective:Grasp the epidemic situation the risk of malignant tumor diseases in Zhejiang, Gansu province and two factors of residents in the population distribution. Through the statistical analysis of risk factors of clear and malignant tumor disease incidence was significantly correlated with and the target population, and provide a theoretical basis for the further implementation of intervention measures. Methods:Quote data from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study project in Gansu and Zhejiang Province which carried out in2008. Selected related factors to malignant tumors-social demographic factors, lifestyle, physical indicators, then build up the database. Give general description of residents in Zhejiang and Gansu provinces of malignant tumor diseases and related risk factors, and then use single factor and multi-factor regression logistic analysis. Results:There were1883people interviewed,902males, accounted for47.9%,981females, accounting for52.1%.865people come from Gansu Province,1018of them come from Zhejiang Province. The analyses of the factors which may lead to cancer are as follows:(1) Sleep:Nearly half of the respondents’lack of sleep,805of them sleep less than6hours, accounting for43.00%totally. Analyze turn out that the sleep status of the respondents has high correlation with the gender, age, and household type, level of education, marital status, province and monthly income.(2) Eating habits: Most respondents in Zhejiang Province take three meals a day, while, in Gansu Province,70.06%respondents take three meals a day, the left keep a two times one day. The eating habits show high correlation with monthly income and province.(3) Smoking:The respondents in Zhejiang and Gansu Province,566(30.1%) were smokes,148(7.9%) quit smoking; nonsmokers were1169(62.1%). Majority of them were non-smokers. Respondents whether smoking or not has high relationship with the gender, age, education level, marital status, province, and monthly income.(4) Drinking:The statistics showed that544drinking, accounting for28.9%in totally. The people who quit drinking was1112, account for59.1%in totally. The gender, age, education level, monthly income and province have high correlation with the drinking habits.(5) Physical Activity:Respondents who do vigorous activities have high correlation with age, household type and province. Respondents who take moderate physical effort or walking have high correlation with gender, marital status, age, household type, province and monthly income.(6) Emotional:Men and women have significant differences in these items: bothered, hopeful about future, fearful, depressed, restless and happy. Age factor associated with hopeful about future and lonely. Household type is associated with hope, fearful and lonely. The education level of respondents has correlation with depressed, hopeful about future, fearful and depressed and lonely mood. Respondent’s marital status is associated with depressed, hopeful, fearful and depressed, happy and lonely mood. Respondents between different provinces have significant difference in depressed, hopeful about future, fear and bothered, restless, happy and lonely.(7) Health Condition:In the respondents, only12.5%of them the health status is excellent or very good,19.2%were fair, while the left68.3%respondents were poor or very poor. The healthy statuses of the respondents show correlation with the gender, age, education level, monthly income, household type and provinces.(8) BMI Score:BMI of1078respondents was normal, accounting for57.83%totally. And520(27.90%) of them were overweight. The person obese was144(7.73%). And122of them were underweight, accounting for5.14%. Nearly half of them have problems in BMI. The BMI condition has high correlation with the age, level of education and household type.(9) Blood pressure:Statistics showed that708respondents have hypertension, accounting for37.6%in totally. Blood pressure situation of the respondents has high correlation with the age, marital status, level of education and monthly income. Conclusions:The distribution of risk factors of malignant tumor disease are quite difference in groups. The factor that province, city, the frequency of happy mood in one week, health status and diastolic blood pressure of respondents have high correlation with malignant tumor than the other factors. In the future, when carry out prevention and control work of malignant tumor, we should identify the target population and then carry out more targeted intervention.
