Objective:To study the effect of AHPS on inflammation cell factor in serum in order to explore AHPS treamtment mechanism and observe it’s curiative effect in AA rat. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into five groups:negative control group, modle group, low does AHPS group, high does AHPS group and TWP positive control group. Our research Search and compare the tankage of digiti pedis, Arthritic index, thymus index, the pathological changes, concentration of nitrogen monoxidum in serum, the force of nitricoxide synthase, and the chang IL-17、IL-23、IL-4and IL-10level.Results:1. AHPS high and low does and TWP could reduce the synovium hyperemia, inflammatory cell infiltration, and hydropsia of rats with AA, inhibit claw swelling index, the difference of AHPS high does group and experimental group was extremely significant(P<0.05), the difference of AHPS high does group and low group was significant(P<0.05).3. after2weeks, AHPS decreased significantly the induced-high level of IL-17and IL-23, but increased the induced-low level of IL-4and IL-10of rats with A A.4. comparing with modle group, AHPS high dose and TWP reduced significantly the concentration of NO and iNOS.Conclusion:1. AHPS had anti-inflammatory effect on rats with AA and the cure function of the synovium hyperemia, inflammatory cell infiltration, and hydropsia of rats with AA, in common with TWP.2. The mechanism that AHPS controlled efficiently the progression of rheumatoid arthritis.Reduce the level of NO and iNOS, down-regulate proinflammatory cell factors(IL-17andIL-23), up-regulate cell factors(IL-4and IL-10), maintain the balance of cell factor network..3.. AHPS has therapeutical function on AA rats.
